Good To Know… Honey Talk

Honey Care…

  • Honey should be stored at room temperature on your kitchen counter or in your pantry.
  • If your honey crystallizes, simply place the honey jar in a warm pan of water, with the lid off. The crystals will dissolve back into honey. Never put honey in a microwave or boil the water as this will destroy the health benefits.
  • Our Michigan honey contains minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants that are very beneficial to your health. There are a variety of¬†flavonoids and phenolic acids within our honey as well.
